Set your environment right

The right background music sets the tone to stay calm, help you sleep and prepare you to face unexpected moments of anxiety.
Listen or download the ones that will help you right now.

Anything good that comes from these pieces are because they’re straight from Heaven’s heart to you. Give the thanks to Him.

Giving thanks

These songs inspire an attitude of thanksgiving, which helps when anxiety is knocking at your door or made its way in.

“…for nothing be anxious, but in everything by prayer, and by supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God;” Philippians 4:6 (YLT)

In the waiting

May you find rest in your soul, as you wait. Wait still, if only because He has often waited for you.

“And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.” Isaiah 30:18 (KJV)

Oldies and goodies for the soul

Re-living some ancient words, and others not so ancient but so good.

Good o’le Hymns

But at midnight Paul and Silas having prayed, sung an hymn to God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed. Acts 16:25-26 (WesleyNT)

Easter

He is not here, but is risen. Remember how he spake to you being yet in Galilee, saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and rise again the third day. Luke 24:6-7 (WesleyNT)

Heaven

Heaven’s fingers

These pieces came especially when I had no clue what to play. I just sat and allowed the music to flow. Whether in my alone time or during SitAWhile with friends over.

Heaven’s fingers

I thank God for the gift of music and give him back whatever he has placed in my hand. My fingers are His.

O make a new song to the Lord; let all the earth make melody to the Lord.” Psalm 96:1 (BBE)

Keeping calm

For group or personal meditation. And before bed, put your confidence in God so you settle and go off to sleep.

“You have knowledge when I am seated and when I get up, you see my thoughts from far away. You keep watch over my steps and my sleep, and have knowledge of all my ways.” Psalm 139:2-3 (BBE)

Pause 2 day

For those who are joining me on 7min of pause.

Take time to be still

The wear and tear on our soul requires us to stop and be still. For His sake, and for ours.

O make a new song to the Lord; let all the earth make melody to the Lord.” Psalm 96:1 (BBE)
