The Shed’s Song
When I asked: “can you please record Psalm 23 in your mother tongue, I’ll send it back with music” ?I had to share what I got, I just couldn’t keep it to myself!

95+ readers
across the globe, read the well-known Psalm 23 in their own language.

Each unique
with a different piece of music played to accompany each voice.

The Shepherd’s message
came to life so forcefully to me through the different languages.

2020 – The year I did something different for my birthday
I was wondering what I should do for my birthday. With only 3 weeks to go, there weren’t many options for social gathering given the lock down situation.
So after waking up one morning I heard a voice inside giving me the idea to ask some friends and for them to ask their friends if they would read Psalm 23.
The idea of connecting with people through music and a comforting Psalm felt right.
It has been a strange time for many and maybe this music and the text from this Psalm could help someone, if not today, tomorrow, or the next.
So I started out, setting myself a target of a nice round number, 100.
And the results amazed me as I started receiving the readings. Sitting to play a unique piece of music for each one, the music came very clearly. And each reading was an inspiration to me.
Thank you for the privilege and opportunity to connect with you this way.
My wish is that through the readings and the music, the Shepherd will lead us all to still waters and restore our souls.
COVID Blessings Birthday. Really?
Everyone has a birthday! Each person celebrates it very differently though. Some go all-out or celebrate more intimately with friends? Some take the day off for quiet reflection and some persons ignore the day totally, wanting to forget…

From December 1, count to 10 and its Christmas! Obviously not literally, yet what often happens is that the next 26 days flies by so quickly, and we ask βwhere did the time go?!β. There are 3 things…
This is such a beautiful project. The music, the voices, the message. Just lovely π
Greetings from Australia π
Thank you Karen! If you’d like to record in your voice let me know. I don’t have an Aussie accent yet!
Wow, this is simply gorgeous! I found your website through the coaching call. π What a gift to the world!
Thank you Theresa π Glad you are liking the music here.
Beautiful Shaunellle……listening late…..but enjoying
Love the sweet toneππ
It’s never too late to listen Stacey. I go back to these all the time and just have them playing in the background. Even the languages I don’t understand. The voices are just beautiful.
This project is a part of my amazing experience in the Lord. My daughter and I meditated on Psalm 23 last Sunday. The revelations from her research were extremely applicable to our spiritual development.
Now two days after comes this panspiritual post!
A Godincidence!
I shall share this gem with her. She lives in Connecticut and I, Jamaica.
Thanks for the joy it has added to my life, especially on a day when my mantra is Philippians 4:4.
Hi Lucinda, so glad that you found this at just the right time. If you’d like to send in a mother/daughter reading to mark your own Psalm 23 journey let me know! I’d be happy to do that for you.
This was shared with me and I have found it so inspiring and delightful, thank you for being obedient to the Spirit of God to do this project.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful collection of reading. This brightened my morning. My cup runneth over!
Yeeees dear! And let it keep running over… and His goodness will follow you. I keep it playing in the background, sometimes 1 person on repeat, sometimes a full playlist. It’s amazing how the words jump out at me into my heart and brings encouragement.
Thanks for reaching out my friend.
Shaunelle this was absolutely amazing.
Thanks cuz! Keep listening.
Wow! The Lord planted a seed and you used the gifts He has given you to bring it to a full and beautiful fruition. Thank you.
Hey Louise, it wasn’t without some enthusiastic friends who had friends. Every reader counted towards getting this done and each is sooo special. I really enjoyed taking the time to listen and play for each one. I’m convinced that each of us can use our gifts to touch 1 who will touch 1 who will touch 1 …. you get the idea. #LearningNotToHoldBack. π
Thank you for sharing your gift with us, thank you for the beautiful example of obedience and surrender, His banner over you, is LOVE!
Surely goodness and mercy will follow you all the days of your life and you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever!
Love you dear friend β₯οΈ
Awww thank you Sam. Yup I’m right there with you on that one… we know about that banner story :-).
This is another wonderful project Shaunelle. Its so calming listening to the piano and scripture in all the languages played and read from the heart. Really facilitates in setting the mind and flesh in a state for prayer, quiet time and worship. Thank you for sharing Shaunelle.
Hey Jare’el good to hear from you. And if you have a friend from your neck of the woods who speaks a language fthat’s missing here, drop me a WhatsApp!
